Important Information
- My Rose Shop has your roses professionally packaged in corrugated cardboard wrap for their protection, shipped direct from the farm they grew at to your door. Upon unwrapping, please design your arrangement a vase with cold water.
- Please allow time for your roses to open from bud to bloom. This can take between 2-4 days. Roses will bloom and perform incredibly, growing four or five times their original size! If you are purchasing roses for an event, please choose a delivery date approximately 2-3 days prior to your event so your roses are in full bloom during your event.
- Please note, vases do not come with your rose arrangements. You will need to provide your own vases when you receive your roses from My Rose Shop.
- My Rose Shop does their best to ensure your roses are blooming in time for your order. There may be rare times that we can’t send you the roses you ordered. In which case we will reach out to offer a future ship date or swap your rose for a different rose. It is our pledge to you that your roses will be freshly harvested and beautifully shipped direct from the farm to your door.
