We believe in the quality of our rose bushes so strongly that we provide a conditional, 30 day warranty from the date of shipping. Our commitment doesn't end there; we partner with you to ensure your gardening enjoyment is satifying. We also guarantee your rose bouquet arrives fresh and intact.

Rose Bouquets: We guarantee your rose bouquets arrive fresh direct from the farm to your door. This helps ensure they stay fresher longer than other bouquet stores. If your bouquet arrives damaged other than normal exterior blooms that may need to be removed, please email us a photo and we will replace it or offer store credit. Please click here to contact us.
Rose Bushes: If your rose does not survive its first 30 days, please contact us to submit a warranty claim. When the warranty claim is approved, the original customer will receive store credit or be offered a free replacement shipment.
Exclusions: Rose Bushes and Rose Bouquets purchased on third-party websites or as guest checkouts are not eligible for warranty claims. Warranty does not include shipping, tax, plant tags, ground stakes, bulbs, companion plants, or other product purchases.
